The ODCs constantly develop new tools and functionalities based on user and community feedback and needs. In addition, it supports extensions through an Application Programming Interface (API) that developers can use to generate new tools integrating with the ODCs.

	blotRig	Creates a map of your western blot gels that illustrates which lane each sample should be loaded into.
	syndRomics	R package for principal component analysis (PCA).

Release stage classifications

Our software follows these release stage classifications

Release stage	Icon	Description
Alpha		Prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Incomplete software in early development phases. No guarantees on future updates.
Beta		Features work as intended. Users may encounter unresolved issues.
Release Candidate (RC)		Most issues are documented or resolved. Software is in final stage of testing before marked "Stable".
Stable		Software is officially ready for public use. Guaranteed future updates.
